I have Rosacea with a slightly sore pink nose. Is this exfoliation product safe to use on my nose?

Hi Nina! While our Virtuous Circle Exfoliator is suitable for rosacea-prone skin, we would recommend waiting until the flare-up is under control before adding it to your routine. Once the sore skin and redness have calmed, use the exfoliator every 7-10 days to gently buff away the dead skin cells and help the rest of your products absorb into the skin better. Hello I am finding the exfoliator quite harsh and it does not easily glide over my skin in the gel stage. However, once adding the water, it becomes gentle and glides very easily over the skin. Would the exfoliator be as effective in the ‘add water’ stage as in the gel stage? Thank you.

Hi Joanna! Applying the exfoliator to dry skin provides more grip for the jojoba beads to buff away the dead skin cells and leave a smoother surface. You can skip the step of massaging into dry skin but you may not achieve as effective results.
