Terms & Conditions for 30 Day Guarantee
- For all UK returns, please use the freepost returns label included in your order or request one from the Customer Experience Team.
- For Ireland, EU and Worldwide, Pai Skincare will refund the delivery cost to return products to us via the cheapest available option. For the avoidance of doubt, this excludes express or expedited shipping, premium tracking services and couriers.
- The 30-Day Guarantee and Free Returns policy is in place to allow customers to try our products without risk. It is subject to a fair use policy. If you return the same product to us more than once then we reserve the right to reject future orders from you.
- This returns policy is valid for website orders and Pai customers. It is not valid for wholesale or business customers. We appreciate that some companies do competitive research on Pai, but it is bad form to return the products to us after testing them!
- This returns policy applies to customers who have purchased from our website. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them. If you have any problem returning a product to the retailer and you have proof of purchase, then contact us and we will assist.
- If the product was free or discounted, excluding samples and non-retail products, and purchased with other products as part of a promotion, we will apply a weighted average discount to your entire order and part refund the cost of the item. As an example, if you purchase one product for €50 and get the same product free as part of a promotional Buy One Get One Free, you can return the “free” product for a refund of 50% of the RRP - €25 in this case. This policy is subject to a fair use policy and if abused may lead to a refusal of further orders.
